Insulation and inner liner: The insulation material is high-temperature high-purity aluminum plate and wear-resistant steel.
The inner tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Door opening method: 180-degree lateral opening along the axial direction, equipped with an elastic locking device to ensure sealing and
adapt to thermal expansion and contraction.
Appearance and Safety
The furnace body process: Through multiple procedures such as CNC processing, polishing, spraying and high-temperature baking,
it has a beautiful appearance and features oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and easy cleaning.
Enclosure temperature: When operating continuously for a long time, the enclosure temperature should be below 45℃ to ensure a safe working environment.
